Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Triage App ("we", "us", or "our") uses your personal data to provide and improve the Service. The app collects health-related information (such as age, gender, medical history, and symptoms) exclusively for the purpose of analyzing and providing triage feedback via an AI clinical model.

This data is processed ephemerally. We do not store your medical data on our servers permanently after the active session has ended.

2. App Functionality and AI Model

The app communicates with an AI model to evaluate your symptoms. Your input is temporarily transmitted to our backend securely for this analysis. We do not use this data to identify you or sell it to third parties.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your financial information such as credit card details. Google Play shares an anonymous purchase token with us to grant you Triage Coins.

4. Local Storage

Your current session draft and Triage Coin ledger (balance) are stored locally on your device to maintain your state across sessions. If you delete the app or clear the app's data, this local information may be lost.

5. Security of Your Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The Triage App is an AI-powered informational tool and does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor, go to the emergency department, or call emergency services immediately.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
